Historical research. An objection is not proof of a defect or that a bill failed. Independent assessments are in 89th TPI Review. This tab contains the imported archive only. “No recorded action” does not mean “no procedural risk.” Alignment is an existing policy classification, not a procedural ruling.

What we would change. Why it matters. What the record supports.
Original records and proposed changes, side by side. These are draft assessments, not confirmed new objections.

A limited validation set. These are draft retrospective assessments, not reviewer-approved findings or a complete audit of the 89th. A stage-based replay does not establish exactly what was available at a historical minute. “No objection supported” applies only to the checks described.
RESEARCH STANDARD
Political alignment, recorded rulings, and new research answer different questions.
Support, oppose, and watch come from the approved bill classifications already used in your grading work. This pilot does not change or recalculate those grades.
Actions come from official bill histories. Each objection has its recorded disposition and a link to the underlying history or journal. Multiple actions may refer to the same proceeding.
Draft assessments inspect specific bill versions and explain possible objections, proposed corrections, counterarguments, and evidence gaps. A candidate is not a ruling. Historical comparison remains separate.
The exact bill or amendment version; the rules effective in that chamber and session; committee reports and analyses; notices and calendars; the legislative stage; and relevant rulings. Scanning bill text alone cannot establish every procedural issue.
A sustained objection may affect only an amendment, be cured, or delay consideration. A withdrawn objection does not establish a ruling on its merits. Check later history before assessing the bill’s final result.
Each review names its document stage and source fingerprints. Sources were retrieved retrospectively; first-publication times and every intervening proceeding have not been reconstructed. These reports are not a blinded accuracy benchmark. Existing RPT alignment is imported from your grading work and is not necessarily the position held at that historical stage.
A reviewer should confirm the exact version, rules, timing, and counterargument before treating a draft assessment as usable. A different bill version or amended rule requires a new review.

SOURCE INTAKE
The publication feeds report posted documents. They do not establish that every floor action has been published, and they are not a continuous video or audio feed.
Items observed by this monitor. Source coverage is shown above.
90th alignments must use the applicable 2026–2028 priorities and newly reviewed bills. Prior-session grades are not automatically carried forward.
